Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) - Overview

Your mission:

You are the bridge between our company and the customers. You provide information, feedback and maintain an ongoing dialogue with the customers.

Your tasks:

  • Onboarding: making customers feel comfortable from the start (e.g. webinars or demos)
  • Putting yourself in the position of the customer
  • Offer customized training
  • Making the product as easy to use as possible
  • Discuss requirements in their specific use case
  • Making customers aware of the tools available, providing resources to help them help themselves
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Involve customers in dialogue
  • Review whether product continues to meet customer needs (need for improvement)
  • Manage communication structures
  • Review knowledge base, tutorials, training videos, and any text that includes the product itself
  • Take customer feedback into account
  • Represent customer interests within the company
  • Build bridges between sales and customer support
  • Add value to customers and reduce churn rate
  • Overview of support process
  • Manage long-term customer relationships
  • Brand and product promotion
  • Proactive problem resolution
