How do the plans differ?

Basic

With our Basic Plan you need to have existing test results from an earlier performance assessment and sweat test. In detail we need to know your sodium concentration (mg/l) in your sweat and your fat & carbohydrate combustion curves. Based on your data you will receive one fueling & pacing strategy for one competition - 100% tailored to you.

Medium

With our Medium Plan you get 1 test kit each (1 x sweat diagnostic kit, 1 x eDiagnostik RUN and 1 x eDiagnostik BIKE). With this you not only determine your sodium demand, energy demand, training zones, VO2max, VLamax and your threshold power. But you cover your preparation and get for one of your races a fueling & pacing strategy - 100% tailored to you .

Pro

With our Pro Plan you get unlimited test kits (sweat diagnostic kit, eDiagnostic RUN and eDiagnostic BIKE). With this you not only determine your sodium demand, energy demand, training zones, VO2max, VLamax and your threshold power. But you cover your preparation and get for all of your races a fueling & pacing strategy - 100% tailored to you .

Why is multiple testing important?

Towards your raceday your performance level & performance data are changing

For example: After your winter break your performance level is completely different to the performance level on the day of your race. Your sodium concentration, VO2max, VLamax, training zones and energy demand have changed during your race preparation. All these parameters are depending on your increasing fitness level, weather circumstances or training intensity. To get continuously more data / information on your increasing performance level you have to do an performance assessment (eDiagnostics and Sweat Pack) every 2-3 months - if you are serious about beating your personal best.
